Walking on Ice
© by Beatriz MP

How peaceful is listening to the sound of the rain...
a voice with no words understanding the pain,
like a painting could be a silent poem
featuring the old times and its moments.
There is nothing else to tell
when you have already shown your soul
but still something to say...
walking on ice was missing the snow,
this is what I sure know
and I can not blame the rain
cause it could also melt my heart,
while I was waiting for too long
in the wrong station for that train.
